Standard Delivery:

• For orders within the UK, our standard delivery time is 4-7 working days.
• For orders outside the UK, please allow 7-24 working days for your order to arrive.

Next Day Delivery:

• We offer next day delivery for orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm. Please note that next day delivery is not available for orders placed outside of these times.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satistied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

2. Return Address: Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with the address to which you should return the item.
3. Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of shipping for returns is not covered by us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

EXCEPTIONS
